Thanks, Violet 🙂 Sunny days give me a chance to catch butterfly shots because they tend to stay and rest a while! I love the rich colours of the Comma.
I’ve not seen this type of butterfly before — and the contrast of its color with the green grass creates a great photo.
Thanks 🙂 The Comma is fairly common here in the UK … probably because one of its favourite plants is common nettle which really is very common! That wonderful burnt orange colour does contrast so well with the green backgrounds on which Commas like to rest.
